Sport for Life

Why not join the Durham County Cricket Club 'Sport for Life' programmefor FREE today?

This course is a great opportunity to benefit from the latest techniques and best practice in exercise and fitness studies.

Many of the exercise techniques highlighted in this course are used by Durham County players, but can also be applied by participants in sports and exercise at all levels too.

'Sport for Life' is a totally flexible and easy to use self-study course, based on highly successful methods. It allows you to study at your own pace, in the way that suits you best.

The 'Sport for Life' course will take about 90 hours to work thorugh, but you can study anywhere, at any time. At the end of the course you will be awarded the Foundation Studies in Exercise Certificate.

Jon Lewis, First Team Captain at Durham CCC, said: "The techniques found in 'Sport for Life' will enable you to create a planned exercise programme very quickly - making you fitter, healthier and more able to cope with the demands of your chosen sport or lifestyle."
