Durham County players, but can also be applied by participants in
sports and exercise at all levels too.
for Life' is a totally flexible and easy to use self-study course,
based on highly successful methods. It allows you to study at your
own pace, in the way that suits you best.
'Sport for Life' course will take about 90 hours to work through,
but you can study anywhere, at any time. At the end of the course
you will be awarded the Foundation Studies in Exercise Certificate.
