the 'Last night of the Proms' experience at Durham County Cricket
Club this August. Bring your Union Jack, picnic rugs, tables, chairs,
candlebras and sing along to patriotic pieces with international
opera stars at this fun outdoor party. The evening will have a northern
theme and concludes with a very British ending that features the
much loved classics Land of Hope and Glory, Rule Britannia, Jerusalem
and God Save the Queen.

Proms Celebration of the North East
Night of the Proms
evening will begin at 6pm with the Lemington Male Voice Choir, followed
by a jazz quintet and A Proms Celebration of the North East. The
evening will end with The Last Night at the Proms and a spectacular
firework finale at 10.30pm.
