Test Founder Bond

In June 2003 Durham CCC will host its inaugural Test Match between England and Zimbabwe at the Riverside ground, Chester-le-Street and will become the first ground in over 100 years to be appointed as a new Test Venue.

Along with this Test opportunity comes the increased pressure from the ECB and other Test Venues, for Durham to demonstrate that there is corporate support for cricket in the North East. To help demonstrate this support a first issue of 500 Test Founder Bonds have been printed. Companies and individuals can pledge their support to Durham CCC as an international venue by buying one or more Test Founder Bonds.

Each Bond costs £100 and comes with a number of benefits including entry into the draw to win a VIP table for four on the first day of the inaugural Test match.

Bonds can also be redeemed against hospitality or sponsorship at the Riverside in 2003 for either domestic or international matches, including that historic Test match.
